What weight are your newborn items?
This is something we cannot confirm but as a general rule of thumb, Newborn items fit up to 1 month.
What is the return time limit?
We accept all returns up to 14 days from your date of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of receiving your return back.
Can I amend my order?
Generally, we like to get our orders packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, if you would like to make an amendment to your order, please contact us via DM on Instagram and we will see if this can be done for you.
What happens if my parcel has been lost?
If your parcel happens to be lost in transit, please allow 2 weeks before contacting us. In this circumstance, we will open an investigation with our chosen courier to find out what has happened, please note, a refund / credit note or replacement order will only be issued IF the courier confirms the parcel to have been lost.
